This pre‑mixed product is formulated with fully regenerated, high‑capacity strong‑acid and strong‑base gel‑type ion‑exchange resins blended at a 1:1 chemical‑equivalent ratio. The resin blend features anti‑clumping properties. Custom‑tuned particle sizing mitigates the inherent tendency of cation and anion resins to segregate within aqueous slurries. This keeps the two resin phases thoroughly intermixed inside final polishing vessels, delivering consistent mixed‑bed equilibrium performance.

Uniform particle dimensions enhance mixed‑bed kinetic efficiency, enabling high service flow rates while maintaining an optimal balance between pressure drop and treated‑water purity. These attributes help generate maximum‑grade high‑purity water with minimal rinse‑water consumption.

HUALANMO LM‑6040 H/OH is intended for non‑regenerable final‑polishing mixed‑beds within semiconductor ultrapure‑water systems and other high‑spec comparable processes. It suppresses leakage of ionic contaminants, silica, boron, total organic carbon (TOC), and sub‑micron particulates down to extremely low levels.
