lmportant information:
Pay attention to the regular maintenance of ultrafiltration membraneequipment ,all pumps ,valves ,meters and other regular calibration .
Regular inspection ,observe whether there is any abnormal situation ,payattention to the liquid level of the chemical tank ,when the liquid level is too low ,replenish the drug in time .
Record the ultrafiltration membrane inlet pressure ,concentrated waterpressure ,produced water pressure ,produced water flow ,turbidity and otherparameters .
At all times must keep the ultrafiltration membrane in a wet state ,once thedehydration becomes dry ,will cause irreversible damage to the membranemodule .The membrane module will be irreversibly damaged if dehydrated anddried out .
Electrical operation must be performed by trained and certified personnel .
On-site operation should wear good working clothes and all protectiveequipment ,pay attention to safety .
The whole ultrafiltration membrane equipment in normal operation ,failure ,please check the cause in time ,such as the system leakage and other minorfaults ,please overhaul in time .If there is an emergency failure ,please contactthe original manufacturer immediately
