Product Presentation:

LE-8040UE is a reverse osmosis element developed specifically for preparation of ultra-pure water, withexcellent TOC rejection rate and lower TOC elution . The product meets the requirements of the TechnicalSpecifications for Certification of Spiral Wound Reverse Osmosis Membrane Products for Preparation ofUltra Pure Water In Semiconductors Industry, and is applicable to preparation of ultra-pure water in thesemiconductor and pharmaceutical industries .

Preparation of ultra-pure water , e .g . in the semiconductorindustry and pharmaceutical industry .

Product Performance:

1、Operating pressure 150psi(1 .03MPa)    Tested at 1500mg/L NaCl solution    100mg/L Isopropanol    Temperature at 25℃    pH7 .0 ±0.5    Recovery rate at 15%.

2、Each membrane element may have ±15% variation of permeate flow.

3、TOC removal rate is more than 90 %.     

4、Minimum salt rejection 99.0%.

Important information:

Before the  membrane  element  leaves  the  factory, The  dry  membrane  element  has  nopreservation solution, The wet membrane element has 1.0% sodium bisulfite (in winter, add 10%of  propylene glycol antifreeze)  as the  preservation solution for storage treatment and  usevacuum packaging .

Dry  membrane  elements  should  always  be  maintained  wet  after  Soaking;  when  wetmembrane elements are not used for a long time, preservation solution is needed to soak theelements .

When the membrane element is used for the first time, it is recommended to flush it first for15-25 minutes at low pressure (not suitable for soaking or soaking overnight), and then flush itfor 60-90 minutes at high pressure (the water flow should not be less than 50% of the systemdesign water flow).

The permeate water and concentrated water within the first hour of the initial operation ofthe membrane element should all be discharged .

The operating limits and operational guidelines given in this technical information are partof the limitations of the three-year warranty on the membrane element .

The addition of any chemicals that may affect the membrane element during storage andoperation  is  prohibited,  and Vontron Technology will  not  be  liable  for  any  consequencesarising from the use of such chemicals .
