Manufactured with imported high‑purity long‑filament fiber raw materials by needling, the surface is specially singed to prevent fiber shedding from contaminating filtrate. The fluffy and uniform three‑dimensional filter layer offers high capacity to trap solid and colloidal particles. High‑strength long fibers ensure stable filtration efficiency and extended service life of filter bags.

Manufactured in compliance with international European and American standards, the filter bags satisfy GMP requirements for domestic pharmaceutical industry and FDA standards. Filter bag collars: stainless‑steel rings, galvanized‑steel rings, PP / PE plastic rings and polyester ropes.

Joining techniques: Imported equipment is adopted for hot‑melt welding including plastic‑ring welding and bottom‑seam welding, as well as sewing processes such as lock‑stitch, over‑edge stitch and reverse stitch.
