‑ Realignment of pump set alignment is mandatory if the pump casing, motor or complete pump unit has been relocated. ‑ Extended‑type couplings are available as an option. They allow pump maintenance without moving the motor or removing the pump casing from the pipeline for easier servicing.
‑ Standard‑equipped bearings are maintenance‑free, grease‑sealed deep‑groove ball bearings manufactured by globally renowned brand SKF.
‑ Either mechanical seals or packing seals are optional for shaft sealing applications. ‑ Mechanical shaft seal is supplied as standard, complying with DIN 24960, with silicon‑carbide‑versus‑graphite material combination. ‑ Alternative mechanical seal types or packing seals are available to match different pumped fluids and operating conditions.
‑ Standard motor is Pentair totally‑enclosed fan‑cooled squirrel‑cage motor. Main dimensions comply with IEC and DIN standards.

When ambient temperature exceeds +40 ℃ or installation altitude is above 1000 m, the motor is at risk of overheating and cannot run at full load. Overheating arises from poor motor cooling caused by high ambient temperature or low air density, resulting in derated motor output power. A higher‑rated motor must therefore be selected. Users shall provide information on installation location and pumped‑liquid temperature.
